スピーキング・テストの対策として「日本の芸能界」に関連する５つの重要質問を作成しました。
英語音声で質問が流れたら内容を聞き取り、「10秒間に3センテンスで解答する練習」をやってみましょう！
「日本の芸能界」に関する10秒スピーチに挑戦しよう！
プレイヤーを再生すると英語で5つの質問音声が1問ずつ流れ、直後に約10秒のポーズ（無音部分）があります。
ポーズの間に「１．最初のひと言」⇒「２．補足のひと言」⇒「３．締めのひと言」を自分の言葉で答えましょう。
10秒後に流れるピーッピーッという2回連続の電子音が終了の合図です。この音が鳴ったら時間切れなので、ただちに話すのをやめてください。
When you play the audio, you will hear five questions one by one in English, followed immediately by a pause (silent part) of about 10 seconds.
During the pause, answer the question in your own words, using concise 3 sentences. : “1. first sentence” => “2. additional sentence => “3. closing sentence”
Stop speaking when you hear two consecutive electronic beeps after 10 seconds.

Clicking on tabs such as “Q1” and “Q2” will display the audio for each question, the English text and Japanese translation of the question, and the English text and Japanese translation of the sample answers.

Ex.1) I really enjoy watching “Ame talk” because it is both entertaining and funny. The comedians share interesting stories and make me laugh.

Ex.2) “Shitamachi Rocket” is my favorite TV show because it’s inspirational and has a great story-line. The characters are well developed and the acting is superb.

What is the main reason for the recent decline in TV ratings?

Ex.1) I think the main reason is the increase in streaming services. People prefer to watch shows on their own schedule. It’s more convenient.
（私は、主な理由はストリーミングサービスの増加だと思います。自分の予定に合わせて番組を視聴できるほうがいいからです。そのほうが便利です。）
Ex.2) In my opinion, the content of TV programs has become less appealing. There are more options available now, like YouTube and Netflix. The TV industry needs to innovate.

和訳）ジャニーズ事務所の社名変更についてどう思いますか？
Ex.1) Changing the name is a good idea because it can help the company start fresh and leave the scandal behind. It’s important for their image.
（社名を変更するのは良い考えです。それによって会社は新たなスタートを切り、スキャンダルを乗り越えることができます。彼らのイメージにとって重要なことです。）
Ex.2) I don’t think changing the name is enough. The company needs to change its practices and ensure a safe environment for its performers. A name change alone won’t fix the issues.
（社名を変更するだけでは十分ではないと思います。会社はその慣行を変え、タレントに安全な環境を確保する必要があります。名前を変えるだけでは問題は解決しません。）
Do you think Japanese pop stars have been treated unfairly by their talent agencies?

Ex.1) Yes, I do think so. There have been many reports of unfair treatment and harsh working conditions. It’s an issue that needs to be addressed.
（はい、そう思います。不公平な扱いや厳しい労働条件に関する多くの報告があります。対処しなければならない問題です。）
Ex.2) It’s hard to say for sure because I don’t have all the details. However, I think it’s important for agencies to treat their idols with respect and fairness.
