編集後記

今週は火曜日スタートで配信したため、復習回が1日ずれて金曜日になりました。

先日の敬老の日、既に高齢の両親に何か贈ろうと思って電話すると、母親からリクエストされたのは「ミルサー」でした。

野菜や果物を粉砕する調理家電で、メーカーサイトなどを見てみるとなかなか便利そうです。

私は少し前にミキサーを買ってポタージュスープやミックスジュースを作っていましたが、少量ならミルサーのほうが使い勝手がよさげです。

こっちにすればよかったかも、とちょっと残念。今度、実家に帰ったときにミルサーの実演をしてもらおうと思います^^;
